data deletion

You can delete your Roavy account — and everything attached to it — at any time. There are two ways to do it. Roavy is operated by No Hands Automation; this page is the deletion process referenced from our Google Play listing.

Option 1 — In the app

Open Roavy and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm, and deletion starts immediately. This is the fastest route.

Option 2 — By email

Email steven@nohandsautomation.com with the subject “Roavy account deletion request”, sent from the email address your account uses(that’s how we verify it’s you). No app access needed — this works even if you’ve already uninstalled.

What gets deleted

Your account and the email address associated with it
All photos you saved or captured in the app
Your notes on saved references
Your usage and progress history
Any feedback tied to your account

Deletion is permanent — there is no undo, and we cannot recover your library afterwards.

Timeframe

We acknowledge email requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days of the request (in-app deletion begins immediately). Copies in routine encrypted backups are purged automatically on the backup cycle, within a further 30 days. We may retain a minimal record that a deletion was carried out, where required for legal or audit reasons — never your photos or library.
